Activated using the slider, this enables the Bot to respond to commands in a threaded Slack channel reply.
Also activated via the slider, “Silent mode” reduces the response volume (or “chattiness”) of the Bot by redirecting Bot responses to a dedicated thread in the identified Slack Incident channel.
Once complete, you save your changes.
