Retrospective roles can now be assigned to Slack users from the Blameless web user interface.
- The new integration with the ServiceNow Service Catalog allows the mapping of a ServiceNow service to the Blameless incident when started from the Blameless bot in Slack and Microsoft Teams or from the Blameless web UI. The selected ServiceNow service is also added to the auto-created ServiceNow incident ticket.
- Blameless can now integrate with ServiceNow using OAuth 2.0.
MICROSOFT TEAMS BOT
- The output of the Blameless command showing the list of incidents has been improved and shows only the list of the most recent unresolved incidents.
- The Blameless app now includes the incident "Overview" and "Help" tabs under each incident channel and a help tab under the general channel. For incidents created prior to the availability of those new tabs, these tabs can be added manually.

Only one Jira ticket is created now when creating a follow up action using the #todo in the message.
E-mail messages sent from the Incident Comms tab ignore new lines (OBI-1431)
Users noticed that emails sent from the Incident comms tab ignored new lines, flattening the message into a single line.
The email now preserves new lines.
