Renaming incident types

You can now rename Incident Types from the Blameless web UI.

Open an Incident and Retrospective from the list in a separate tab (INC-174)

Clicking on an Incident or Retrospective link while on an Incident / Retrospective page, will direct to the selected record on the same tab instead of a new tab by default. 

Using the `cmd + click` sequence (Mac OS) will not open it in a new tab. Especially if the user is using Advanced Filters, this would lose the filters they’ve applied to the list.

The right mouse button sequence in Windows provides a new tab.

1. Hover over the link in question.
2. Click the right mouse button. 
3. Select "Open link in new tab." option.

Image files added to timeline with special characters in file name block users from exporting Timeline via PDF (INC-253)

Issue:

Users unable to generate a PDF export of only the Timeline when containing an image with a French-language accent in the file name.

Fix:

Special characters are now supported.

RETROSPECTIVES

The Retrospective "last updated" field doesn't handle immediate updates correctly. (INC-165)

Issue:

"Last Updated" field is not refreshing correctly to reflect the associated timestamp.

Fix:

Refresh in a timely manner with "human friendly" scales: up to 1 hour in minutes, up to one day in hours, etc.

Markdown in Web UI: lists & code snippets/blocks not displaying properly (INC-104)

Issue:

In some cases where messages with markdown for lists and code snippets/blocks aren’t being displayed correctly/consistently.

Fix: 

Upgraded react-markdown version and use that rather than parsing out code blocks.

SLACK

Unable to add more than 100 tags within a Category (BOTS-393)

Issue:

Users are currently unable to add more than 100 tags within a Tag Category.

Fix:

Limitation within Slack of 100 TOTAL Tags. This is not 100 Tag /  100 Category limit.
