Retrospective Root Cause field shows text and numbers in RI (OBI-957)

Issue:

In Reliability insights, the index of the Retrospective root cause is saved instead of the actual value (text).

Fix:

Updated to call out two new fields:

• Root Cause - Because
• Root Case - Why

These fields correctly apply the right values. The existing field is being deprecated but is still available for the time being

"Is Postmortem Required" resets when editing a Tile (OBI-958)

Issue:

Tile data will reset when a user goes to edit something for that tile, skewing the data.

Fix:

UI component, causing the reset of some of the query settings, was identified and fixed.

SLACK​

The /remove tag command doesn't remove all the incident associated tags (MSTEAM-368)

Issue:

The remove tag command doesn't remove ALL of the tags associated with the incident. The command won't allow the removal of all tags; there must be at least one tag left in an incident.

Fix:

The /remove tag now removes all tags from the Incident.
