Expanded CommsFlow Features
Feature: Sorting CommsFlow
Customers can now sort the Flows:
- Created at (default)
- Last Sent
- Last Updated
- The # of sends
- Commsflow Name They can also be sorted by:
- Ascending
- Descending
Feature: Advanced Filtering
Customers can now Filter by flow name. Start type to auto-fill the results.
Feature: Variables
Customers can now auto-populate messages with Blameless data by entering two curly brackets ({{).
Feature: Dismiss Postmortem Reminders
You can enable and disable Postmortem reminders using a new Blameless command in the incident Slack channel. When disabling a reminder, you can specify for how long (in days) before the reminder is automatically enabled again, following the reminder policy you specified in the incident type.
PagerDuty Enhancements
Feature: Trigger per escalation policy defined in PagerDuty through Bot
Customers are able to run the command /blameless escalate alert
within an incident slack channel, and, if an unresolved alert exists for the given blameless incident, they can choose to manually escalate the alert to one of the given escalation levels defined in the PagerDuty escalation policy and displayed in the dropdown menu.
In order to use the new feature, customers must have:
- A PagerDuty integration enabled with their Blameless environment.
- The Blameless incident must be unresolved.
- The PagerDuty alert for the Blameless incident must be unresolved.
- The assigned service for the PagerDuty alert must have an escalation policy.
