Blameless has released a new automated communication platform providing the flexibility to customize automatic updates, announcements, and reminders. The CommsFlow Manager supports your favorite messaging and collaboration tools (email, SMS, Slack, and Microsoft Teams) to enhance your incident resolution and retrospective workflows.
