Expanded JIRA Follow-up Action (FUA) capabilities​

Feature: Global - Jira integration setup

Expands the Integration capabilities by adding a dedicated FUA section to the settings providing:

• Select a Jira project for Follow Up Action Ticket
• Redesign the UI to simplify and group settings in three sections:
  • Global
  • Incident Ticket
  • Follow Up

Feature: Per incident type - update Jira settings

Expands the settings capabilities by adding a dedicated FUA section to the incident type settings providing:

• Follow Up Jira Project
• Follow Up Incident Type
• Follow Up Required Fields
• Follow Up Jira Ticket Link Type

Feature: JIRA Projects

Added type-ahead capabilities for the Jira Project drop-down for the New Follow-up Action

Feature: Dismiss Postmortem Reminders

You can enable and disable Postmortem reminders using a new Blameless command in the incident Slack channel. When disabling a reminder, you can specify for how long (in days) before the reminder is automatically enabled again, following the reminder policy you specified in the incident type.

Bug Fixes 2/03/2022​

Selected Jira project is not showing correct display name in Jira Integration Settings (YD-271)​

Issue:

When setting up the JIRA integration, the selected project type may not be listed after saving, navigating away, and then returning to the page. Although the correct project is still selected, this is confusing for users to know which project is actually selected.

Fix:

The Jira project name is properly displayed, even after navigating away and then returning to the page.
