INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Add an editable Detection timestamp to an incident

To more accurately capture the actual time of detection of a problem tracked under a Blameless incident, a new timestamp called Detection Time is automatically added to an incident and is initially set to the same time as the creation of the incident. It can then be manually updated via the Blameless web ui under each incident and only set to date and time earlier than the creation date and time.

Bug Fixes

RETROSPECTIVE (API)

Correct time_to_complete field (returned in API response from postmortem endpoint) to a valid calculation (INC-54)

Issue:

For a published retrospective, this field is populated by an integer that seemingly does not reflect any accurate timings to the timestamps of the associated incident and retrospective.

Fix:

The `time_to_complete` retrospective metric now reflects the difference between the incident being marked as "resolved" and the retrospective being marked as "published".
